Sumitomo to Acquire 49% Stake in Hero Future Energies’ 500 MWp Wind-Solar Project with 200 MWh BESS in Karnataka
Hero Future Energies and Sumitomo Corporation have partnered to develop an approximately 500 MWp wind-solar project with large-scale BESS in Bidar, Karnataka. Sumitomo will acquire a 49% stake in the project SPV, while HFE will retain 51%.
