Avaada Group Solar Manufacturing company, Avaada Launches 745 Wp Domestic Content Requirement (DCR)-compliant N-type TOPCon solar module at Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2026, showcasing its expanding capabilities in high-efficiency solar PV manufacturing. The newly introduced glass-to-glass module delivers a maximum power output of 745 Wp with a module efficiency of 23.98%, positioning it among India’s highest-powered solar module offerings.
The module was officially unveiled by Heeralal Nagar, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Energy Department, Government of Rajasthan, during the three-day exhibition held from October 22 to 24, 2026, at India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Avaada Launches 745 Wp DCR TOPCon Module Features
Avaada Launches 745 Wp Solar module is based on N-type Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon) technology and features a 132 half-cell configuration with an 18-busbar architecture. Its glass-to-glass construction is designed to support improved power density, energy generation and long-term performance.
The module is DCR-compliant, making it relevant to India’s domestic solar manufacturing ecosystem and projects requiring domestically manufactured solar modules.
According to the company, its broader TOPCon module portfolio incorporates features such as low light-induced degradation, improved low-light performance, temperature coefficient characteristics and bifacial energy generation.
At the exhibition, Avaada also showcased its N-type TOPCon glass-to-glass modules rated at up to 640 Wp with efficiencies of up to 23.7%, alongside G12R and G12 DCR module offerings reaching up to 745 Wp.
Avaada Expands Solar Manufacturing Capacity
The launch comes as Avaada continues to strengthen its solar manufacturing operations in India.
The company currently has 8.5 GW of operational solar module manufacturing capacity. Its solar cell manufacturing capacity stands at 6 GW, comprising 3 GW of operational capacity and an additional 3 GW production line at an advanced stage of commissioning.
Speaking about the launch, Vineet Mittal, Chairman of Avaada Group, highlighted India’s ambition to move beyond being a major consumer of solar technology and become a leading global manufacturer.
He stated that the 745 Wp DCR TOPCon module reflects the company’s commitment to developing high-performance, globally competitive solar products manufactured in India.
Rooftop Solar Kits and Avaada HALO BESS
Beyond solar module manufacturing, Avaada showcased its integrated clean-energy solutions at REI Expo 2026.
The company presented ready-to-install rooftop solar kits designed for residential households, agricultural consumers, shops and commercial establishments. These kits integrate solar inverters, electrical protection systems, earthing equipment and connectors to simplify installation.
Avaada also introduced its integrated battery energy storage solution, Avaada HALO, combining a hybrid inverter, lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery technology and smart monitoring through the Avaada mobile application.
The modular system supports up to four stacked battery units and delivers up to 10 kW of continuous power. During power outages, its output can reach up to 11.5 kW with solar support, subject to operating conditions.
Strengthening India’s Domestic Solar Manufacturing Ecosystem
Avaada’s participation at REI Expo 2026 highlights its expanding presence across solar cells, modules, rooftop solar and battery energy storage solutions.
The Avaada Launches 745 Wp DCR-compliant TOPCon module also reflects the growing technological capabilities of India’s domestic solar manufacturing industry, particularly in high-wattage and advanced cell technologies.
With 8.5 GW of operational module manufacturing capacity and additional solar cell capacity progressing towards commissioning, Avaada is positioning itself to strengthen its role in India’s evolving solar manufacturing landscape.
